Eastern Regional Sales Manager

Reports to: Sales Director

The Role: We are looking for a motivated, positive, and enthusiastic individual to join our Senior Sales Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and working with a team of Territory Managers who sell to independent carpet retailers and contractors. Additionally, this role involves supporting the company’s overall sales growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of Territory Managers across the Eastern region, driving sales to independent carpet retailers and contractors.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and Senior Regional Managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies and growth plans.
  • Deliver on key sales targets, ensuring consistent performance and growth within the region.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop the sales team to maximise individual and collective potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across different levels of the organisation and work effectively as part of a team.

What We're Looking For:

  • A highly motivated, positive, and enthusiastic sales leader with a proven track record in managing successful sales teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate plans into effective action.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform well under pressure.
  • A collaborative team player who can inspire and develop others.
  • Experience within the carpet or flooring industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ideally based within the Eastern region (East Anglia, North London, or East Midlands), or nearby.
