Cormar Carpets does the Double!
Cormar Carpets has ‘done the double’ and won two top trophies from major Independent Retail Buying Groups within the Carpet and Flooring Industry.
The Metro Group voted Cormar Carpets Supplier of the Year for the 11th consecutive year, a feat no other company has achieved. In addition the Flooring One Group has also named the Lancashire based carpet manufacturer its Supplier of the Year for the sixth time.
The Supplier of the Year award, voted for by Metro members, was announced at the AGM annual dinner at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Birmingham. Md, David Judge accepted the award.
David Judge said: “To pick up this award for the 11th year running is a wonderful achievement for Cormar. We have been supplying carpet to the Metro Group for over three decades and we have always had a great relationship with both the members and the board. It is fantastic that service, quality and reliability are still recognised and are as valued as they have ever been.”
The Flooring One accolade was presented during the first day of the Flooring One Group Show in Solihull. The award recognises first class carpet delivery performance, product quality, response to quality issues, communication, sales support and representation and was collected by Roger Clarke, Cormar’s Western Regional Sales Manager.
