Contemporary Textures at High Street Prices
Cormar Carpets launches Twin Wool Textured ranges, Avebury and Lindisfarne.
Cormar Carpets brings star quality to home interiors with the launch of two wool textured carpets, Avebury and Lindisfarne, offering couture chic carpet at high street prices.
"Gone are the days when getting designer style meant forking out a small fortune," says David Cormack of Cormar Carpets. "We realise that consumers want a certain look without the exclusive price tag and that’s why Avebury and Lindisfarne can add desirable decadence at a price they can afford."
Cormar’s two new textured ranges are retailing around the £28-30 per sq m mark: half the price of comparable ‘designer’ textured carpets – great given the credit crunch and the size of the average purse.
Avebury and Lindisfarne are crafted from top grade 100% pure new wool and offer superb resilience to wear and tear. Both are available in four and five metre widths and are branded with the company’s British Made logo as well as the Woolmark Carpets logo.
"Neutral carpets are still very much in demand but we are now seeing more people experimenting with texture for that added twist," says David.
In a fine textured loop design Avebury is available in 12 contemporary neutrals – eight plain and four heather – in colours such as soft Marlborough Putty and rugged Fosbury Clay. Lindisfarne comes in a choice of six natural colours, in two different textures: a level loop and a ‘knobby’ textured loop.
