Wool is a natural choice due to its in-built resilience, which enables it to bounce back and recover from foot traffic. The yarn used to manufacture our wool carpets is treated with a moth resistant agent during the wool scouring process, which is designed to last the lifetime of the carpet for extra peace of mind. Please note, if fitting a carpet at premises where a moth infestation already exists, the treatment will not prevent further attack. Therefore we advise that the infestation is thoroughly removed in situ before fitting a new carpet.
