Starring Avebury Plains and Stripe Carpets
Avebury, Cormar's latest range to be updated with popular plain shades as well as co-ordinating striped carpet designs to match!
Although in these times of austerity, beige carpets and browns still dominate carpet and flooring sales – hope is just around the corner. This Spring sees the new update of Cormar Carpet’s Avebury wool carpet loop pile collection with an updated colour choice and a selection of complementary stripes, suitable for a stair carpet or even throughout the home.
Originally launched in 2009 this Woolmark branded range has enjoyed considerable success with interior design lead flooring shoppers – however Cormar intend to widen the appeal by offering five co-ordinating neutral based stripes to the collection.
Made from 100% pure new wool in a quality 3 ply yarn with a neat level loop pile surface, the new Avebury Stripe range offers five striped designs and 12 plain stylish plains in 4 and 5 metre wide that can be teamed together to accommodate the trend for a streamlined look in the home.
“In the same way that beiges and neutrals have dominated the residential carpet market for the last ten years because they offer an easy neutral canvas - so we believe that the Avebury Collection now offers consumers a new and different look, still within the confines of an ‘easy to decorate with’ colour palette,” says David Cormack Marketing Director.
All Cormar’s loop pile, wool twist and easy clean ranges are made in the UK at our Lancashire mills and available from all good high street carpet retailers. For a list of your nearest stockists please visit our carpet shops page.
